So, I’ve just returned from my weekly sojourn in Houston, and I must say this weekend was just the tits. Saturday was a rocking day, starting with the weekly munch. We discussed play rape and kidnapping and the risks and ethics of such risky playing. Discussing also if we ever have guilt for playing in such ways when something similar appears in the news and if the vanilla world thinks us capable of being such monsters(Which we all agreed at least 20-30% do). A very interesting and in depth discussion, and meeting some new people is always awesome (especially when they’re hot Filipino ladies)

Afterwards I headed downtown to a friends, swapped some music, ate some food and got ready for Doomfest at Fitzgerald’s. Anytime there’s doom playing I’m going to want to be there, but when It’s a free show; no question I’ll be there. Saw nine intensely heavy bands(which I’ll link to my favorites). and met the legendary Bruce Corbitt of Rigor Mortis.

All in all, a rad time. Next weekend is looking rad already!
